Uniting multiple areas of expertise under a single identity

The Cendres+Métaux Group has built its growth by bringing together, over the years, several renowned companies in the fields of luxury, medical technology and industry.

Each company had its own history, expertise and reputation. This wealth constituted a considerable strength, but it also raised a challenge: how to create greater coherence, strengthen the group's visibility and unite all employees around a shared vision?

To support this transformation, the group entrusted Inox with defining its brand strategy and creating a new identity capable of bringing together all of its activities.

A shared vision to prepare for the future

Our work began with a phase of analysis and dialogue with the group's various stakeholders.

Together, we clarified the foundations of the future brand: its purpose, vision, values and positioning.

This reflection led to the creation of a unique brand: CMSA.

An identity designed to reflect the union of expertise, the complementarity of skills and the group's ability to support its clients in high-precision, high value-added projects.

Bringing a new brand to life

Beyond the name, we designed the entire CMSA identity: logotype, visual universe, guidelines and communication materials.

The identity was developed to work at group level while highlighting the diversity of its expertise in the luxury, industrial and medtech sectors.

Supporting the change

Creating a brand is an important milestone. Its adoption by several hundred employees is another.

We supported the rollout of CMSA through internal communication tools, presentations, HR materials, signage, stands and various corporate materials.
This approach made it possible to turn an organisational evolution into a collective project and to lay the foundations for a shared identity across the group.
