Each month, we bring you feedback from our customers on the projects we've worked on together, and the collaboration with our teams. This week, Gilles Allemann, Groupe E's Marketing Manager, shares his thoughts:
“We were initially driven by the desire to evolve our graphic charter, in a context where we wanted to move from a model in which the customer had to refer to several entities with their respective activities, to a customer-centric model, with a single point of contact. Our aim was to make our Group more readable, more accessible and more understandable.
"Inox enabled us to take a step back and look at the situation from a more global perspective, taking our strategic thinking much further. "
From a primarily graphic problem, Inox enabled us to take a step back and look at the situation from a more global point of view, taking our strategic thinking much further. Together, we revisited the fundamental elements that made up our various brands, with a view to moving towards a single entity.
The project was a real success, as it enabled us to move from a fragmented structure to a single brand, with a strong identity and easily adaptable communication media. We continue to work with Inox, notably on the creation and implementation of our communications/marketing content, based on this new approach initiated with the agency.
I knew Inox mainly as a traditional agency, with a creative and/or web focus. However, from what I've been able to observe through our collaboration, the agency's great strength is the strategic vision demonstrated by its teams.”
