"My master in communication had brought me a certain number of key theoretical elements, to understand a communication strategy in particular, but I lacked the practical aspect. At the beginning, this transition from theory to practice was a little stressful, but somewhere, it turned out to be positive because I was able to quickly progress and develop my skills on the basis of my achievements. Studies constitute a solid base on which to rely. Even if they are very generalist, they develop curiosity and the spirit of analysis. 

By finishing my studies, I did an internship in a business, in a small SME. So I was in place of the customer. It was enriching on many aspects. But what changed in my job by joining Inox is that I am no longer confined to a brand. This implies greater agility. There is not a day going without me discovering something. One day, I am at the office to treat emails, and the next day, I am on a shoot or in customer appointments.

I really like to learn, be confronted with new environments. I couldn't be better served than an agency for this. My role as a project coordinator, which is to understand customers and their needs, requires this curiosity. I have to find out everywhere, internally and externally, carry out research, develop my general culture. I am the main informant of the production team. 

Another aspect that I appreciate in this job is the relational side: I exchange every day with customers, the team, providers. This gives the keys to succeed in the project. Even if the customer is of course at the heart of it, internal discussions bring a lot. The fact that we are from various domains and provenances in Inox leads to creative and successful solutions. 

Finally, there is something gratifying through the tasks I do, and that studies do not bring us in this way: we see the fruits of our work concretely, all the joint efforts of several brains that manage to reach the wishes expressed by the customer. »
