Lauener SA wants to strengthen its position as an expert in high-precision turning in all areas of microtechnology. This repositioning involves strengthening the company's identity, reformulating the brand and developing a communications strategy. This repositioning should enable the brand to consolidate its existing customer base and raise its profile.
Solution
The aim of applying our iBS method was to develop an approach centred on the customer and his needs (Customer Centric). The result is a new working methodology, a virtuous circle involving all employees and stakeholders: CARE Customer Acknowledgment Results to Excellence. This new approach is supported by segmented communication by market in order to adapt messages to the specific watchmaking and medical sectors.
